Overview Pinless Meters

All pinless meters from Lignomat are calibrated to indicate wood moisture in percent, corrected by 71 wood groups or by the specific gravity between 0.3 and 1.0. Dual-depth for 1/4″ and 3/4″ is available in all pinless meters except the Ligno-Scanners S and D.

Lignomat developed a unique set of calibrations different from wood calibrations to fit different types of strand, horizontal, vertical and engineered bamboo floors. For Ligno-Scanner SDM, BW and VersaTec.

To assess moisture problems and water damage in buildings, the Ligno-Scanner SDM, Ligno-DuoTec BW and Ligno-VersaTec have additional drywall settings and reference scales for concrete and other building materials.
