1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lignoma USA. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. To initiate a return, please follow the instructions outlined below.
2. Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Items that are customized, personalized, or final sale items may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at sales@lignomatusa.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all accessories and documents that were included with the product.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 30 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process as outlined above and indicate your preference for an exchange when contacting our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and upon receipt and inspection, we will offer you a replacement, repair, refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
