Product Description
The wireless system from Lignomat allows uninterrupted acquisition of moisture, temperature and humidity measurements: MC, T and RH. Data reports can be viewed on site or practically anywhere in the world.
Lignomat’s Wireless Transmitter and Receiver system is offered in different variations for every application from lumber drying to monitoring and recording ambient conditions in manufacturing and storage areas.
Receiver:
The receiver collects measurements from up to 100 transmitters. Any combination of different transmitters can be sent to one receiver. The receiver sends all measurements to a PC. To extend the range, receivers can be daisy-chained.
Transmitter MC:
Outstanding accuracy for the entire measuring range. Teflon-coated probes or stainless steel screws can be embedded in wood, drywall or other materials and connected to the transmitter with a short cable for moisture readings in %. If required, extension cables are available (E-H cable).
To obtain measurements the transmitter has been connected to a pair of probes embedded in the material to be measure. This is in most cases lumber during kiln drying. The probes are installed before the lumber is loaded into the kiln. If that is not possible, the long probes in the accessible sides of the stack after the lumber has been loaded into the kiln.
If other materials are to be measured we offer a wide selection of probes, pins and screws to be connected to the transmitters. The screws and probes are connected with the LP-Hf cable.
Transmitter TE:
The highly accurate stainless steel probe is used for measuring temperature either on the surface or inside the material. TE Transmitters are often used in the kiln industry for required documentation of the heat treatment before exporting lumber. (Phytosanitation Heat Treatment).
Transmitter RH/T:
— The Transmitter RH/T comes with one cable
connection for one RH BluePeg Probe.
— The Transmitter 2 RH/T is more economical for
multi-transmitter system and comes with two
cable connections for two RH BluePeg Probes.
